We've been to a number of Basketball games at collegiate level as we followed Valparaiso Crusaders predominantly over the winter of 2016-17.  Mel has family members who have both worked at and attended Valparaiso University, making rooting for them natural. We only ever saw them lose once so perhaps we're something of a lucky charm.
